-What PWP of an educator do you feel do a good job of representing him or her?
-I looked at Michelle Culpepper's (PWP) the way that she explained her personal and professional philosophy i think is what did a good job of representing who she was and what she believed in.
-What do you like about their PWP?
-I like the way that she made her page simple but to the point. The way that she sold herself and showcased her strengths. She also showed her previous experiences that made her who she is now.
-What do you think could be improved?
-I think that she did a fantastic job and if anything I would say more pictures of random experiences, job's, and school.
-How do you feel this person chose to represent themselves on the -Web? Is the PWP professional, personal, or both?
- I think that she did a great job of staying professional on her page. She was very professional and showed the strengths therefore making her that much more appealing to potential employers. She did have a bit of a personal side to her page but not a lot, under the philosophy and about me tab. She does talk about what she believes in both personally and professionally. Along with her hobbies other than that it was very professional.
-What features of this PWP would you copy, and which ones would you change?
-I would copy the simplicity of her page and the fact that it is simple but to the point. It gets the job done well. I would also include my philosophy and experiences that way the employer may see what drives me and where I have been. I would definatly add in a tab of future goals or jobs that I would like to have or apply to. This way it would show off the motivation and the will to want to better myself.
